Real Estate/Property Division

The Real and Personal Property area is responsible for receiving, processing and reproducing all records for land and personal property bought, sold or otherwise conveyed or encumbered in Pike County.  All real and personal property records are open for public inspection and copying.

Uniform Commercial Code(UCC), Real Estate Deed, Lien, Notary Public, Plats and PT-61 indices can be found at www.gsccca.org/search.

It is now MANDATORY to e-file Real Estate documents. Paper filing can no longer be accepted.  Please see below the ACH vendors we utilize for e-Filing Real Estate in Pike County.
