The office of the Clerk of Superior Court houses three divisions: Judicial (Civil and Criminal Records), Juvenile, Real Estate (Real and personal properties), and Business/Administrative. This office's duties and responsibilities are many and varied, but its main function is to serve you, the citizens of our community. Notary Information
In Georgia, notaries public are commissioned for a four-year term by the Clerk of Superior Court in their county of residence.
